Vinyl

It is an ultra-strong high quality marine grade synthetic material. It offers many benefits, including durability, high UV resistant, fire retardant, waterproof qualities, easy care and cleaning, cold crack resistant up to -20 degrees.

Core

High density EPS polystyrene, which allows your tub heat up faster and keeps heat inside for a long time. Our quality core will dramatically reduce your heating costs. The core has reinforcement profile for protection from heavy loads and slope for rainfall.

Water Resistance Membrane

To prolong the lifespan of the cover, we are sealing the core with a special barrier of polyethylene to stop water from penetrating the core.

Bottom fabric

Designed for easy maintenance. This material has much better strength properties than vinyl and is extremely durable. Water-resistant fabric engineered to wick accumulated water away from the cover underneath side as quick as possible.

Zippers

Best-in-class and tested to be used in many years. Resistant to rust and corrosion

Thermal Pad

All covers are designed with removable Thermal Pad to prevent heat loss through fold of the cover. Removable option helps to vent the tube and avoid unnecessary mold appearance.
